Description: The Coral Gables Biltmore Hotel is a luxury hotel in Coral Gables, Florida. It was designed by Schultze and Weaver and was built in 1926 by John McEntee Bowman and George Merrick as part of the Biltmore hotel chain.  It  was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1996.  It served as a hospital during World War II and as a VA Hospital and campus of the University of Miami medical school until 1968.  It became a hotel again in 1987 managed by the Seaway Hotels Corporation.  When completed, it was the tallest building in Florida, surpassing the Freedom Tower in Downtown Miami.  As the creator of Coral Gables, land developer George E. Merrick also founded the University of Miami, and developed the suburbs with strict building codes to ensure the beautiful surroundings.

Museum Quality Archival Metallic Prints: I exclusively prefer the richness of the higher-quality metallic paper because of how perfectly it compliments the tones and subtleties of my infrared work. This museum quality archival paper and process uses a patented combination of film and laminate layers that result in a striking, three-dimensional, extremely vivid, lasting image on an ultra-bright pearlescent / metallic background. You don’t have to worry about prints fading with these high quality prints. The standard archival value is 100 years in home display and 200 years in dark storage. I only use professional printing services that meet my professional high standards.

Can I order my print matted and framed? Yes, I offer very affordable in-studio framing and matting services.  I only stock and personally frame all my art prints with an elegant, gallery style, black, flat-front, frame; And I only use high-quality acid free and lgning free mats.  Please contact me for details and pricing.

If you require a more customized frame then I highly recommend Talking Walls 2 in Gainesville, FL.  Ask for Tony and say "Hugo sent you" and he will give you 25% his already low prices (best quality and best prices anywhere).  Like myself, he is a family owned and operated business -- Framing is his "art".  Also, if you are local, visit the Talking Walls 2 Gallery to view and buy my artwork throughout the gallery.  Local pickup or worldwide shipping -- (352) 333•7225.
