There are few other symbols as universal as the red heart. One merely looks at the icon and automatically a rush of joy, passion, hope and a myriad of other emotions/reactions come about.

I have my moments like any other fellow, but, for the most part, I am a very upbeat and positive person. I was feeling rather cheeky one morning and decided to sketch what would become "BIG LOVE!" Although my goal was to impart a rich and vibrant emotion of joy, the interpretation is left to the viewer. Although, it would be hard to imagine anything but positive thoughts while viewing BIG LOVE ... After all, love begets more love.

Elements Used: Acrylic paints and a thick archival varnish on a stretched canvas gallery wrap frame. I continued the vibrant blue background on the gallery wrap sides to give a natural continuous flow and finished look. Unless you desire one, there is no need for a frame. The painting is ready to hang and display with pride.
